Oil Analysis Service - Diagnose Oil Condition to Prevent System Failure

Moog has developed this Oil Analysis Service to help you efficiently diagnose and prevent any failure associated with your hydraulic system.   Tests include:-

1. Standard for all types of oils
2. Powergen for Steam and Gas Turbine Operators

It is a prepaid service which includes sample bottle, analysis and delivery of the results by email and Moog Technical Support, should you need it.  These tests are available to buy online.   Scroll down for an overview.

Once the sample is received by our laboratory, the results are emailed to you within 36 hours.

Other Tests Available

We also offer a number of other tests including: Microscopic to analyse particles such as those found in last chance filters and Ferrographic to analyse metal surfaces to determine the condition of the lubricant and wear patterns.  Please contact us for prices.
