When at school, David always had a talent for maths, but wanted a more hands-on career. After joining the Moog team as an apprentice, David was able to forge a career that catered to both his academic aptitude and his practical nature.
With a passion for motorsport, Greg began his apprenticeship at Moog following his A-levels, after discovering more about the company at a local apprentice fair. Now, Greg is part of the Product Engineering team, developing and servicing valves for Formula 1 teams across the globe.
Having always assumed he would go straight to university, James hadn’t initially considered a more vocational career path after his GCSEs. After finding A-levels weren’t for him, James applied for an apprenticeship at Moog, and has since progressed through the company to become an Associate Engineer in the New Products Integration department.
Rob initially started working for Moog as a contractor, but after getting a taste of what it was like to work at the company, he was keen to apply for Moog’s apprenticeship programme and take his career to new heights.
Before applying for an apprenticeship at Moog, Thomas had aspirations to go to university and study biology. After a heart-to-heart with his dad, he realised that his talents would be better placed in a more practical setting. Now, as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer, Thomas has been able to forge a career path with plenty of potential.
Tom joined Moog as an apprentice, but had greater ambitions in mind. Before his apprenticeship finished, he applied for a Junior Design Engineer position within the company but was awarded an Associate role instead, due to his hard work and initiative.
