Intern Profile: Cris D

Cris’ passion for aerodynamics led him to apply for an internship at Moog, where he can help shape the future of aerospace and beyond.

Cris found the internship on his university’s placement portal and decided to apply after learning that the role would encompass both data analysis and product development.

As part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team in our new Aircraft Group facility, Cris is part of the team that researches and develops new products and components. This includes making sure that any new ideas and designs are implemented correctly and tested.

At the moment, Cris is working on a number of projects for defence aircraft, which include data analysis and verification as well as initial testing.

“The work is challenging, which I enjoy, and the culture at Moog is great,” Cris said.

Following his time in the Aircraft Group, Cris is looking to spread his wings in a different direction and gain experience in the motorsport industry. Through his internship, he’ll be able to gain valuable knowledge that will put him in good stead for any future engineering career.
