Bert joined Moog after he had already finished school, realising that more traditional further education wasn’t right for him and that he wanted a more hands-on approach to learning. 

With an interest in mechanics, James wanted to find a job that would let him use some of the skills he had learnt throughout the years without turning his hobby into a career. An engineering apprenticeship at Moog was the ideal choice. 

Sophie started her journey at Moog after a year’s engineering course at college, giving her the chance to ensure a career in engineering was the right choice.
